Our Missions

University Christian Church is committed to both local and global missions. Currently, about 13% of our offerings go to mission work. Our goal is to increase that ratio to 20% by the year 2012. Following is a list of the missions that receive ongoing support from UCC:

Mission Services - providing printing, mailing, and other services to missionaries.

Christian Student Foundation - reaching students for Christ at Ball State University.

Johnson Bible College - undergraduate school preparing students for ministry and Christian service.

Emmanuel School of Religion - offering Masters and Doctorate degree programs for those in ministry.

Christian Counseling Services - Offering Christian counseling to those in this region Indiana.

Muncie Mission - providing shelter, food, clothing, and recovery for the Homeless men in Muncie.

Christian Missionary Fellowship - supporting a Marketplace Minister in Europe.

Christian Missionary Fellowship - supporting two Marketplace Ministers in Southeast Asia.

First Choice For Women - pregnancy care center providing abortion alternatives and offering spiritual direction for women in the Muncie area.

Wayside Mission - providing shelter, support, and spiritual direction for homeless women and their children in the Muncie area.
