Checkpoint

Checkpoint is UCC's young adult group. The goal of this group is to provide an opportunity for the young adults of our community to develop friendships with others that are going through similar life experiences.

We provide many opportunities to grow closer together and learn from one another through worship and fellowship. The group gathers for various activities that will not only connect us with other young adults, but also strengthen our relationships with God. Please consider joining us as we grow as a group and closer to God.

We believe that worship is an important part of a Christian's life. Checkpoint offers a worship session once a month as a place to check in with other young adults. This worship session provides an opportunity for reflection and discussion.

Singing, prayer, devotion, and discussion will encourage us as we grow closer to God. The topics discussed target issues that are specific to this time in our life.

Plan to stick around after the session and share some snacks as you get to know the other young adults in the group.

Throughout the month, we offer different events that provide an opportunity to develop relationships with other young adults.

We try to offer a variety of activities from month to month, including cookouts, miniature golfing, trips, game nights, and so much more. This is a casual time to get to know one another, laugh, and enjoy fellowship with other young adults at UCC.
